What this website collects, why, and how to reach us about it.
Who we are
Thornbury Security, LLC (“Thornbury”, “we”) provides managed security services from Columbus, Ohio. This policy covers this website and the information you send us through it. It does not cover the security data we process for clients, which each client’s services agreement governs.
What we collect
What you type into the risk review form: your name, work email, company, company size and message. Our host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP address, browser and the pages visited, for 30 days.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare for the call you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Our website host and email provider process it for us under written agreements. We share it with nobody else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form messages for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Server logs for 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to privacy@thornburywatch.com. We reply within 30 days.
Security
We protect this information with the controls we use for our clients: encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to named staff, and a log of every access.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date on this page. Last updated September 1, 2026.
